ATO technical issues impacting processing

ATO services have been restored.

CSC are currently processing a high volume of applications that are ready to be paid. Our focus is on clearing the backlog as soon as possible so we can return to our normal service standards.

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) wishes to inform members that benefit applications that include a request to rollover super monies cannot be processed at this time. 

This is due to technical issues currently being experienced by the Australian Taxation Office. Once the ATO portal is available CSC are completely focused on having all payments processed as soon as possible.
